Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member. I redeemed the code but the game is not showing up in my library. I went to the Xbox app for Windows 10 and it is not showing up in "My Games. When I try to redeem the code again it says the code has already been used, and when I search for the game in the Windows store it says "You Own this Product" and then a "Manage" button below it. When I hit the "Manage" button it takes me to My Library but the game is not there.
